I recently purchased a flat in Smondo 3.0. This is my first home and I'm thrilled, excited and happy to be home owner. I'd like to know more about the project progress and other details as construction starts, to my disappointment there is NOT much information available in the net.
So I decided to start one and post what ever information I know to my neighbours. Please forward this blog to fellow neighbours.

I got an email from marketing asking to deposit slab payment in a different bank account ( Kotak Bank)...untill now they used HDFC. Any one else got the same email and is it confirmed ( new bank account?)

I am planning to buy a house in smondo 3.0. They are charging 3500 (approx) at present. Any suggestions and points to check regarding this property?
