Where did the new block came from

Dear Neighbors,

This morning, to my surprise I saw that Patel Realty has launched a new block in Smondo 3.0. When we neighbors bought a flat, there is NO I block. ( There is only A-H blocks). Patel Realty is trying to make a quick buck looking at the demand. It's good for them as they can fill up their pockets. But I STRONGLY feel space will be constrained with this new block. There is NO SPACE for new block.

Questions in my mind

• Where did it came from ?.

• How does it the affect the ammenities ?

• Where the parks are gonna go ?

• There will be 600 flats with this addition. It's too much per sqft

• Too much crowd and ammenties will take hit. (Imagine if each flat has 2 kids, then 1200 kids will be playing around in a small area.)

As you can see in my earlier post about the master layout, there is NO I block. (Even when I bought it, there is NO I block).

I believe we should take it up to the Patel Mngt and ask for a explanation. Please forward this to other neighbors.

Welcome to Smondo 3.0

Hi All,

I recently purchased a flat in Smondo 3.0. This is my first home and I'm thrilled, excited and happy to be home owner. I'd like to know more about the project progress and other details as construction starts, to my disappointment there is NOT much information available in the net.
